21 Weeks

Here I am at 21 weeks and growing. I can feel my stomach muscles stretching so I think the belly is getting ready to expand a little more.

In the last week:

• I realized that what I had been feeling was, in fact, Beckett moving around
• Zach has felt 2 light kicks
• I haven't gained any weight

AND...

Drum Roll Please.....
It's a BOY!
His name is Beckett Alexander Cordell and we'll call him Beck.
I'm posting only 2 pictures for fear of boring anyone not interested. The first one is of his profile and the second is my favorite of his feet.

I'm thinking his profile is pretty cute!

Our checkup went great. Everything looked normal and good. Beckett measured out to be right on course with where he should be. His heart rate was good and he was pretty proud to let us know he is a boy! The Ultrasound Tech said there was no mistaking it. Ha!
Now I'm busy visiting fabric stores and getting started on bedding decisions.

19 Weeks

Well, it's better late than never right? We've had intentions of starting to take weekly pictures of the belly progress for about a month now, ever since I started "showing", but I kept forgetting. I finally remembered! Here I am at 19 weeks.



On a side note, we head to the doctor tomorrow morning to find out what to start planning for, girl or boy? Stay tuned and we'll keep you posted on the most up-to-date information as well as the belly progress now through the rest of the pregnancy.

Vacation Wrap Up

After a mid week break from the sun we wrapped our vacation up with a few more days on the beach, in the water and under the sun.

We had a great vacation and I'm already thinking of how I might get back down there before the summer is over. I can never get enough of the beach or the sun!

We have a few more days left and I'm all geared up to spend the rest of the time at the beach. Today we did the shopping thing all day which gave us a nice break from the sun to let the sun we have already gotten soak in and for some other's sunburns to heal.
Hopefully I'll have more pictures to share before the week is over.

Vacation!!!

Well, I'm officially on summer vacation. I've been looking forward to this trip with my family for a while now, but not looking forward to being away from Zach. Zach is back at home with our dogs, taking care of my parents dog and working. I didn't realize how much I would actually miss him nor did I realize how much he calms my spirits. I could really use him here!
This picture was taken Saturday night after the majority of us arrived in Destin. We headed over to The Red Bar for a wonderful dinner and a great dessert! The rest of the family arrived today and now we're all ready to drive each other crazy over the next 6 days.

Kristin's Wedding

Zach and Bailey

Last weekend we headed up to Fort Smith for Zach's sister's wedding. It was a great weekend and we even found time to visit with Nick and Sara and their precious twins, Brody and Bailey. Unfortunately the only picture I snapped was of Zach and Bailey waiting to be seated for dinner. I can't wait for Zach to be a Daddy;doesn't he look like a natural.
